• 3:30 : Arrival
• 4:00 : Start AGM (Table time)
• 6:30 : Comfort Break
• 7:00 : Start of Handover dinner
• 9:30 : Handover ceremony
• 10:00: Guest Speaker Mr Phil Bennett

As you will appreciate, Milford Haven RT have pulled out all the stops to make this a special Handover and to draw in as many Tablers as possible. This may also help to achieve quorum at the AGM.
